Finally got it done !!.
Used original 5.03 net install CD for Sam44ep, net install CD 5.10 .Booting Kernel from hardrive, Some fancy CD swapping during the installation. One manual edit of an error in the menu.lst and one addition in /etc/modprobe.d/ that did not get added by the installer.

This was not that hard. I managed to figure out how to change some things on the install CD to make a new custom one that did everything except installing parthenope and creating
one config file "etc/modprobe.d/drm-disable" after the initial install .
It needs a radeon 9250 video card to install but once the install is done it works with anything up to a Radeon HD 4xxx.
I have not been using Squeeze on the Flex as I am now using a Radeon HD 5670 vido card that does not work with the last released Sam440ep-Flex kernel and my last Radeon 9250 is damaged.
If you are interested in the custom CD or want to host it I can give you a link to the .iso file and the instructions for the etc/modprobe.d/drm-disable file .
