No, it's not. It was made with WB 3.1 in mind and animated app icons did not exist then. LimpidClock is just a normal window. I admit it needs a lot CPU time for drawing. But I don't see how a drawing program can make the mouse pointer jerky or something. It uses Blt#?, Area#?, Text and if antialiasing is enabled for the clock it also used Read/WritePixelArray. No explicit lock or so.
If LimpidClock needs updating, somebody first has to explain what needs to be updated. I think I don't need to mention that I do not experience jerkyness.
