I only ever used a regular IDEfix, not the Express. And that was a looong time ago.

Are you absolutely sure the Express is supposed to work with OS4 as well?

Best regards,

The IDE fix express does work with 4.1, well at least the one i have from the new batch that was produced a few years ago does.
Have you tried with the timing jumper removed ?

Yes, I have. Well for now I can live with it. Its too much hassle to get this working. But in case anyone wonders, be prepared for similar troubles. OS4.1 is worth it, though.. ;)

btw: thanks everyone, for your replies. I dont have much time for my Amiga these days, so sorry for the very late reply.
