Update 4 and don't boot [SOLVED]

Hello.

I've upgraded from upd3 to upd4 but when I boot it remains in the Amiga OS presentation screen and nothing happen.
I've used unarc not lha.

My system specs:
A4000D + Cyberstorm ppc 060 + uwscsi
Xsurf2 , Deneb USB , Toccatta, Indivision
CDRW in the IDE bus
HD IDE in the UWSCSI with a ide bridge

Lets get the obvious out of the way

You did install AmigaOS4.1.4 update over top a freshly installed installation of AmigaOS4.1.3 right?

If yes, is there any other information you can give us, regardless of its seemingly insignificant status during the steps of booting prior to the dead end,so we can build some kind of picture, even draw direct comparions to AmigaOS4.1.3

I found the problem
Seems to be that with the update the kicklayout was owerwritten.
I usually use the bootdevice parameter.
Uncomment and all works as allways.
