Hi,
Is anyone else having trouble with Amiupdate. I done the update 6, then ran Amiupdate. It then restarted and grim reapered.
So i restarted and tried again, same thing. So I tried installing the version from Rigo's site 2.6 and that worked.
However it keeps saying there is an update "currently installed 2.6, current 2.3.2" and it goes into an endless update loop as it refuses to install 2.3.2.

Re: AmiUpdate on Micro A1
Had same problems on both a Sam440ep-flex and Sam460ex.
My Solution:
After restoring 2.31 from a Backup .
Manually copy the update.library from the 2.32 archive in Ram: after attempting the update to LIBS:.
Then reboot and then run the update again.

the "copystore" command seems to have a problem. it tries to backup to a crippled path.Christopher Follett wrote:Hi,

check if the solution from above works.
if not you may unarc the update archive and replace the "copystore" commands in the autoinstall script with the "copy" command and execute the install script manually. should also work - but without rollback creation.
