Sometimes it happens to me that I am using my Sam and internet suddenly stops working. The only way to get it back is via a system reboot.

I can not confirm this problem with my SAM460.
Which SAM do you use, SAM440 or SAM460?

Never seen this one either a Sam440exp-flex or Sam460ex.
I suspect a lack of load on your power supply could be causing this and your mouse problem if you dont have your graphics card yet.
