Quake 1-2 Screen Promotion?

Post by dh1 »

Hi All!

I managed to do that at the same time operate two video cards in the machine (SAM440EP Mini-ITX).
PCI ATI Radeon 9200: WB Desktop
Onboard Radeon M9: 3D games

Those games where you can select the resolution and mode, there's much I can send them over the M9 card. Or that are already on the M9 start.

But there's TinyGL games (such as Quake, Quake II GL versions) where there is no screen mode, and card options to choose just resolution.

How can I redirect these screens?

NewMode, ModePrefs, Screens not work with these screens ...

Is there a solution?

There is a picture on both monitors!
But I want to show the game on M9 chip!
No missing modes and resolutions problem!
But SAM440EP Mini-ITX system, the PCI slot no 3D support!
Therefore, I want to redirect the GL game screen for the M9 chip
Do you understand? :)
These programs/games do not use standard AOS screens.
One screen promotion programs can not see them ...

A good working example:

I know that this isn't what you're looking for, but try temporarily switching the Workbench screen to the Radeon M9 before starting the games in question. Some MiniGL/Warp3D programs will try to start on whatever graphics card Workbench is on.
