I stumbled across this store in Granville, Sydney:

They have (amongst lots of other good stuff) Radeon 5450 cards, single slot width, fanless, for AU$49. It's an ASUS card, 1 GB DDR3 memory.
I've bought a couple of them and they work well with the latest Radeon.chip and other components. The only caveat worth mentioning is that when the mobo is mounted the "normal" way (with the heat sink underneath the graphics card), it gets very hot. I mounted a small (60 mm) 12V fan on a bracket, run from 5V. The slight breeze (no sound at that voltage) is enough to keep the card cool.
I now have one of these in the Sam 460, beside the SiL3114 card. Beauty.
