If i understand it correctly, yes, that's the plan

Everblue wrote:Now the problem lies with the fact that the Sam460CR does not have any on-board videocard. So, assuming that the latest A-EON Radeon drivers are not included on the CD, how would one go around installing Amiga OS4.1 AND getting a video output from the 5450 video card?
Don't waste your time speculating. Contact ACube or whatever dealer you are purchasing from and confirm exactly what is going to be available. Easy as that.

Yes.

I'd advise going for a more powerful video card than a 5450 if you want to get good performance out of the composited video and Warp3D (whenever Warp3D released). A 5670 or 6670 is a good starting point.

Is there a 6670 board that works with OS41 and fits into 1 slot including heatsink/fan?

I can confirm that a 6670 works, which i have in the form of a Sapphire RadeonHD 6670 1GB GDDR5 PCI-E board works with AmigaOS 4.1 Update 6, running RadeonHD v1.2, and i am sure this will be possible with the Lite version of the driver in AmigaOS 4.1 Final Edition. However, it could be an idea to have the driver backed up, to install when you have set up your AmigaOS 4.1 Final when available. :)
