Would Like to Use CF Card for AOS4.1 CD [SOLVED]

Hello all!!
I have the Radeon R7 250 card and a Lexar 16 GB CF card installed on my x1000. So, since I am not able to boot Ubuntu Remix, I was wanting to know if I can transfer the contents of my AOS 4.1 FE cd directly to my CF card. Using the CF as Recovery, if you will. At the CFE> prompt just boot from the AOS 4.1 FE Install cd on the CF card. The question, since I'm not command line saavy:
What Filesystem to format the CF card?
After copying AOS 4.1 FE CD contents:
What would be the CFE> command line to Boot from CF card?
Just something I was thinking as I have this CF card plugged up and nothing to use it for. Thought this would be a good function for it.
