More strangeness, One improvement and 3 videos

Post by Srtest »

I have encountered yet more strange happenings with Amigaland's X1000 and one of them is actually quite positive - switching from the Radeom HD5870 to the R9-270 shaved 5 seconds of the booting time counting immediately after reboot.

The strange thing is that after I finish with Linux (L/Ubuntu/Opensuse/whatever) and move to the AOS side of the X1000, at boot I have no usb connection of the Wacom tablet. This happens ONLY after switching from Linux to AOS the first time. the next boot (cold) after unplugging/replugging fixes it.

The first one from a year ago with Update 6, while 2 and 3 in the last month with Final Edition. I invite you to spread the word and you can even check out my gui choices and celebrate the possibility of designing your own usability.

That has been an oddity since day one. When going from Linux to AOS a shutdown is better than a reboot. Just some leftover settings that need to be cleared.
