Hi All,

I have updated the Kernel 3.10. It's a port of the Ubuntu Kernel 3.10.3-6.17.

New:

1.) Ubuntu patches
2.) pas_shutdown by DStevens. Thanks to Darren
3.) It doesn't need a modules directory

Download: kernel-3.10.3-6.17-powerpc-x1000-ubuntu.tar.bz2

And the next update ...

New:

1.) UVD support
2.) New firmwares added from Ubuntu (1.1.13)
3.) Faster boot from CFE

Tested OK with Ubuntu Live Remix & Radeon HD 4650. Very fast boot time.

Will now test with some other RadeonHD graphics cards.

Just wanted to add that the patch works with a stock 3.10.12 from kernel.org as well.

I've installed Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS on my X1000. It works well with the kernel 3.10.3-2-ubuntu.
