oops. Both Alpha5 and Alpha6 boot, but they dump me into a terminal screen without starting the GUI.
Don't yet know enough about Linux logging, but I've listed the contents of /var/log/Xorg.0.log below.
On the next boot (with 4.11) I get popup messages warning about an Internal Error in 17.04 re XOrg
and ntpd and syslogd.
