Partition Menus

When a partition is selected (single-click) then a right click in the
middle of the workbench screen pops up a menu as with the System partition.
This menu lists first drawers then their contents.
The drawers and the icons in them can be included in the menu or not.
Each Icon has a 'On Menu' 'Off Menu' selection item.
No need to dig through layers of drawers to get to that item that may
be used often but not worth being on the desktop or dock.
If no partition is selected then the System is the default.
