Support for rounded corners in PopupMenu

Support for rounded corners in PopupMenu

Quick feature request for the popupmenu.library!

The new PopupMenu finally include a proper transparency support and that's good, however to be more consistent with all other part of the system menus the library should be able to support also the rounded corners
