Powerselect Tool

Hello,
Just tried the Powerselect Tool on OS4Depot.net, great little tool, I think it goes without saying this kind of functionality would be great if integrated into the OS directly. Perhaps into one of those window/drawer horizontal toolbars everyone has been requesting for years/months/(seems like forever).
