Serbian locale

Post by vox »

Hi!

I am using OS 4.1FE on x1000. When selecting Serbian as locale, essentialy English remains while several system messages only get translated.

In all past Amiga OS 3 and OS4 versions Amiga Serbian locale was functioning.

I supose there were some additions in FE and since ATO is long dead, you couldnt get translations done.

I do volunteer, but I could do translation from text file, I am not familiar with Amiga locale format.

Thanks,
V.

@vox

Several projects can be translated on Transifex. Just get a login in there. After that you can be assigned as serbian translator for all projects, i.e. MUI, YAM, various 3rd party MUI classes.

Translations can either be done online or offline. Online translations require a decent browser, but Odyssey should be ok. For offline translation you will need an UTF8 capable editor.

Will create account and do much help.

Oh, OS was translated to Serbian, until OS 4.1FE, now its partially done - some newer things are still in English. Any text change info?
