by the way do the Nemo 4.0-RC kernels work ok with HDMI vidoe output ?
I get a oops with the Sam460ex versions. They work ok using the DVI output .
I don't know. We haven't test it yet.

I'll try this kernel and let you know if it works...
Hi Spectre, this kernel seems to work with R7 265...

Good to hear.
Thanks for testing.
What video port do you use to connect to your monitor ? DVI or HDMI ?.
Also what model is your older graphics card ? (keeping tabs of the hardware of people who test and report on my kernels to see how to best arrange the builtin firmaware)

Think that I isolated what is causing a hang on some boots.
The fix causes the kernel size to increase a bit so less space for the built in Radeon firmware.
New versions of the Sam460ex 3.19.2 Kernel
Both version supports HD5450 and HD6570/HD6670 plus the cards listed .

Running Linux on AmigaONEs can require some tinkering.

Not really .
The Sam460ex onboard sata is enabled but not critical and I have not really tested it .

Spectre, what kind of hangs are you experiencing ?

I have no problems with your latest kernel that supports R7 265..

It may happen more when resetting the motherboard rather than powering of and turning back on.
Booting hangs at this point

[sdb] Attached SCSI removable disk

CTRL/ALT/DEL works to shutdown at this point.

Same thing happens on other non powerpc platforms.
