Wireless mouse or usb cabled?

I experience this sometimes too, mouse cursor gets stuck upper top left on screen. If I move the mouse it barely moves but not in right direction and only left and right. I blame it on my wireless logitech mouse maybe conflicting with a 2nd exact same mouse I use on my linux box.

Or has nothing to do with it but I do get kinda what you get.

I also see the same thing with my wireless Logitech mouse: the mouse pointer stuck in the upper left of the screen and I cannot move it, just need to reboot.
No Linux box or other hardware to interfer.

Mouse buttons still work.
It happens seemingly randomly. It can happen after a power on in the morning, or on a soft boot.
But infrequently enough that I gave up diagnosis, and just boot again. I don't think it has every happened on that second boot.

Wow, glad it is just not me going loopy.

I sense some USB issues with some situations on X5K but really can't say for sure.

I guess we live with it. I don't have another brand of wireless to try in case it is the mouse but does the same on 2 same model logitech I own.

Since I installed FE Update 2 and the hot fix, Art Effect runs every time with no problems. :)
