Power button failure

After several system freezes I pressed the reset button (next to power button on Fractal 2300 case) and was left with a blank screen. After several minutes of nothing happening. I pressed the power button to turn the system off but nothing happened. My X5000 would not power down and I had to pull the power cord to shut it down. This seems like a setious problem to me. Has this been reported before and is there a fix? If not I think there should be a bug report so it can be fixed.

Unlike my X1000, I already got accustomed to a one short press of the power button to shut down. Thanks for the info. I'll give it a try if I get another unrecoverable crash.

Duh, don't know how I missed that. It's even written in bold text.
