How to contact Varisys?

How could I get in email-contact with the personnel of Varisys (the manufacturer of Nemo and Cyrus+ boards)? The only email given on their page is not working, and neither the contact form... (Asked also from Trevor but got no answer).
My Cyrus board was sent several weeks ago for warranty repair and I am out of news of it (my dealer has not been able to give any information, either). As my X5000 is the primary working machine I have (and some of my fresh data is on the SSD of it), I am already in trouble as the repair has lasted clearly longer than estimated by my dealer.
