Hi look like a Gles color issue in first shot (endianess) it cant be fixed only hope is the devs fix mesa endianess

but the strange is the second shot where the issue was gave by drm.
Did you have the same issue with my kernel 4.10.rc3 for x5000? it will or probably fiexed in others kernels release... now there is the 4.10.rc7 im building it and will share soon.

r600 issue usually was gave by drm3 driver not full supported on ppc.

Just for info. I don't have these issues with compiz on ubuntu MATE 17.04 PowerPC (AmigaOne X1000) but the cube transparency doesn't work currently.

I upgraded to 17.04 with kernel 4.10.0-rc5 and have no issues with compiz. I still see the error "failed to load driver r600", but glxgears values are much improved at around 2000 FPS!
I haven't done any further testing, but signs are good!

You're right. This is really wonderful news! Congratulations! This is an advantage of ubuntu MATE 17.04 PowerPC in opposite to the 16.04 LTS.

will be need all in the amiga community Sam,Tabor,X5000,X1000 will write about the issue there.
we have Emil directly involved it means we will have the issue finally fixed if they see many people interested in this fix
