OK, ready to get Linux on X5K - easiest version

OK, have a new 1TB drive ready to install in my X5K. Figured it is time to attempt a linux install.
Looking for recommendations for the easiest most user friendly version for X5K that is fairly easy to install without jumping through major hurdles.
One that has step-by-step on download, install, and setting up the early boot button to be clicked so it boots Linux instead if Amiga OS.
So what would that version be and a quicklink for me to download and do the deed.
Thank you.

*BTW, my X5K has a Radeon HD 7750 as installed by Amiga On The Lake. So need to make sure whatever version you recommend can use this card. Also I sound... any issues with particular sound cards I should know about.
